What’s eBilling?

eBilling is simply replacing your paper invoices with easily managed electronic documents.

You can choose to receive invoices by email in PDF format daily (Managed Email) or via Tradex Active which stores all your invoices electronically and gives you the flexibility to search, sort and download your invoices, quickly and easily to suit your exact requirements.

Why eBilling?

Do you want an end to piles of paper invoices and losing your invoices in the post?

Would you like to receive your invoices quicker, to allow you to process faster, meaning you get paid sooner? Yes?

Then eBilling is for you and it’s FREE! It’s accessible to all, 24/7, through the internet, at home or from your office.

Our solution offers you the ability to download the documents for offline analysis, import into accounting software, email to colleagues and print from your desktop.

How do I activate eBilling?

It’s easy and will only take a couple of minutes.

If you don’t know your account details they can be found on a recent invoice, then click “Activate My eBilling” and complete a few simple questions.

We will send you an email within 48 hours to confirm your request, which will contain a link that will complete your activation.

Please add tradexstatus@tradex.causeway.com to your safe senders list / contacts, as some email providers will automatically add it to your junk inbox by mistake.

If you have any questions or require support call our Online Support Team on 0344 292 7111 – open 7 days a week.

eBilling Information

eBilling completely replaces your current paper-based billing service and you will no longer receive paper bills.

For VAT purposes your electronic bills must be kept as a permanent record. To fulfil this requirement the documents are supplied as PDF files (Portable Document Format) for permanent storage.

HM Revenue & Customs have published a guide on Electronic Invoicing legislation for the UK. This explains the issuing, receiving and storing of VAT invoices in an electronic format.

The guide can be downloaded from the HM R&C website by clicking here
